Someone's birthday is just around the corner, so to make it more meaningful, I baked birthday celebrant a Blueberry Cheesecake yesterday. It was my first try, and it turned out nicely! Decorating the cake? Now, that is my favourite part... I simply love food styling!
Oh this is so delicious!
Anyway, thanks to my FaceBook friend who shared this recipe with me!
Blueberry Cheesecake
250 grams of cream cheese
........................................................................................................................................................... 1 cup of plain yoghurt two tablespoons of custard flour three spoons of water three eggs 100 grams of custor sugar
........................................................................................................................................................... 175 grams of biscuits
........................................................................................................................................................... 50 grams melted butter
........................................................................................................................................................... Steps: 1. Mix A Mix melted butter with crushed biscuit and stamp tight in a 15cm cake base. Bake for 15 minutes & allow for cooling. ........................................................................................................................................................... 2.Mix B Beat egg-white until fluffy. ........................................................................................................................................................... 3.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with dissolved custard flour in water, egg yolks, yoghurt and sugar. ...........................................................................................................................................................
4. Arrange some blueberries in the cake base and fill with the mixture above & blueberries. ...........................................................................................................................................................
5. Bake for 45 minutes. ........................................................................................................................................................... 6.Leave to cool and decorate as desired!. |

wah eksen ye tak guna teknik2 katanya...tak tau water bath, mesti tau bain-marie...biasanya cheesecake bakar guna teknik ni utk prevent atas kek tu crack...ok disebabkan awk terer..tak retak pun...skrg bg tau cane awk keluarkan kek tu...awk tak guna springform pan punnnn...cane nk terbalikkan kek tu...bukankah dia sgt fragile...??

wahdi kalau cam gitulah hasilnya dalam gambar tuh tak nampak cam baru belajar pun, dah lebih hebat dari chef dah tuh i actually suka gambar2 yang you snaplah hai kan best kalau i ada bakat ambik gambar cam jeles tgk fotografer yang pro cam kamu.

Hey Fren, i tried your cheesecake recipe..turn out well. I modified a bit, instead of munchies i used hobnobs biscuits nice and i also reduced the sugar to 70gm.
