Behind the scene!

I am clearing the HD cam disk for my upcoming trip next month!!
I just realised I have hours and hours of footages and thought it's cool to share some on my blog ;)

No more afternoon nap!

I take lots of vegetables nowadays - no more big portions of carb for my lunch! Most of time, I would just have a big bowl of fish, chicken or beef salad for lunch.

One of my favourite dishes is the orange-flavoured chicken breast salad, as pictured below. With a completely new diet, I have so far lost 10 kgs, with a waist line of 29 inches to boast. On top of that, I feel healthier! Most important thing is, I no longer feel sleepy after lunch!

Orange-Flavoured Chicken Breast Salad


You need:


  • 2 chicken breasts
    ...........................................................................................................................................................

  • a pinch of salt & black pepper
  • ...........................................................................................................................................................

  • two oranges
  • ...........................................................................................................................................................

  • one spoonful of flax seed
  • ...........................................................................................................................................................

  • one egg white




  • Steps:

    1. Marinate your chicken with orange juice, salt and black pepper,

    put aside for several minutes

    2. Cut your vegetables

    3. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg white and roll it

    on the flax seed
    ...........................................................................................................................................................
    4. Pan-grill the chicken in low heat for several minutes

    5. Chop the chicken
    ...........................................................................................................................................................
    6. Mix the chopped chicken with the vegetables.
    Put the mix in the bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and chill for

    at least 15 minutes in the freezer before serving.
